For a large group or family, this is the home you’ve been looking for! Beautiful backyard with gorgeous pool, putting green, fire pit, and deck with grill and prep table. Plenty of chaise loungers to relax on which is what vacation is for, right? 1 King, 3 Queen, 1 Twin beds (Harry Potter Room), 8 additional twin day beds/trundles, air mattresses (if requested), 3 Full Bathrooms, 2 Living Rooms (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs). Laundry Room with washer and dryer. Full Kitchen with everything you need to cook a great meal or entertain your guests (except the food). 5 miles to Downtown/Convention Center/Zilker Park, and the airport, and 7 miles to the Circuit of the Americas make this home the perfect central location for everything going on in Austin.

An Echo Show (Alexa) is provided in the kitchen, and all bedrooms have an echo dot to play music or set alarms or whatever you would like Alexa to do.

All sheets, pillows, comforters, and blankets are provided on all of the beds. There is no maid service during your stay unless requested for an additional fee. As of now, they only clean between stays.

There will be starter amounts of basics as well: Trash Bags, Toilet Paper, Paper towels, Body Wash, Shampoo, and Conditioner, along with towels for all guests.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $59.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
